Completion Instructions:

  1. A registration form must be completed for each household attending the reunion.

  2. Completed registration forms must be submitted asap and by 31 December, 2016 at the latest, to assist with planning and delivering a successful event for the entire family.

  3. The ‘primary family member’ named on the form, will act as the representative for the household as far as the re-union arrangements is concerned.

    1. The Reunion Committee is responsible for sharing information to the household via the ‘primary’ household member.

    2. The ‘primary’ member is responsible for sharing information with his/her household and providing requested information to the Committee.

  4. Registration fees for attending the reunion are: Adults $30; Child (<13 yrs old) $15

  5. No registration fee is payable for Stewart family members attending, who permanently reside in St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

  6. Registration fee payment can be made by check/cheque, money order or PayPal.

  7. Checks/cheques and money orders must be made payable to Stewart Family Reunion and mailed to:
